Ihave had four surgerys on my right elbow due to a fall from a 6 ft ladderon 12/28/06. The last surgery damaged my ulna nerve and they have recommended surgery to repair this damage. Do I have a case for malpractice? This is a workmens comp case. Thank you in advance.
