OK, first of all, there's a different appeals board in EACH STATE. So there are 50 answers there.
Second, those are private issues - unless you ARE the injured worker, or are their legal representative, or the legal representative of the insurer or employer, you don't have any right to information regarding "some injured workers".
Thirdly, if you ARE a legal representative, they won't deal with you via email - all inquiries must include a case number, a copy of your letter of authority, and be submitted IN WRITING to them, via mail or courrier.
