How does the Workers Compensation Board decide when it comes to making a final payout.?

It will be 2 years in June since I was hurt in a accident at work and have some loss of my left arm. I no longer can golf or lift my arm above my head. I have been on WCB and am now back to work in a modified position. Will the WCB offer me a check after the 2 years and if so, how much do they usually pay out?
