1) 1) She turned green after eating the shellfish, which the waiter had recommended, it went without saying, but she said it anyway, "I don't feel too good."

Which of the following is an error in the passage above?
A. The word "had" is used instead of "have"
B. The word "went" is used instead of "goes"
C. The word "but" is used instead of "and"
D. The word "good" is used instead of "well"

Based on the following instruction above which of the following statements is true?
A. A driver should expect this trip to take about 30 minutes of driving time
B. There are six stoplights that the driver will encounter on 3rd Avenue.
C. The driver will be driving west when she approaches the store.

B. Free disposal of the old tires

I'm stucked on these questions but here are my answers:
1) is eith B or D. I think it's a because there is a idiom: it goes without saying. And i also think it's D because "I don't feel too good" sounds so weird to me I don't feel too well is lot better. However, I don't think I should spot anything that is quoted.
2) C ? Left turn is west?
3) is B? But my dis-tractor is D. I think it's B because disposal of tires has the biggest savings ($50).

please tell me what you think.

For the first one, the error is actually in the punctuation. The comma after "recommended" is a comma splice; incorrect joining of two clauses with a comma. I'd probably punctuate it like this:

She turned green after eating the shellfish, which the waiter had recommended; it went without saying, but she said it anyway: "I don't feel too good."

The answer expected is certainly D, since all the others are uncontroversially correct. But "I don't feel too good" is perfectly grammatical English. It's an example of the use of a linking verb ("feel") followed by a predicate adjective ("good") that applies to the subject.

1) D - Ray G is right about the punctuation being totally wrong
2) C - a left turn while going north will have you going west
3) B - when you add up the other factors, the only difference in cost is between an immediate $50 savings or a possible savings of $43.75 if a tire goes flat within the first 30 days.
