will the judge make tenant pay all rent due including during the eviction process where the tenant was still living in the owner's house? (tenant refused to pay for 4 months)

Yes, if the landlord asks for it. You have to ask, the judge will not give anything not requested.

The court will grant a judgment for all back rent due plus eviction,court cost and any damages or unusual wear and tear not covered by the security deposit. The court grants the judgment but does not collect the money from the defendant, that is up to the plaintiff. If the defendant has no money then it will be difficult to collect. Good Luck

Maybe
Judge may order it, but tenant may not pay anyway. . . .then you have to get them evicted. . . . .and you have to execute the judgment, garnish wages or bank account

Number One Rule for LLs: Be FAIR, it Never pays to be Nice. Should NOT have waited so long to go to court.

longer process than you think time consuming and costly if legal counsel involved and just because you have a judgement to pay doesn't mean they have the money to pay. Can't get blood from a stone.

IF a lease was singed for a year or six months or something like that then the judge can have them pay the back rent as well all the remaining months on the lease plus court cost and damages.
