Hola, Dominick.
Although I have never been involved in an eviction process, I recently spoke with a house owner that just did that with the tenant of her property in Carolina. She told me that she went directly to the Court, and that it was a relatively easy procedure where she contacted a person there(the name used here is "emplazador") to visit the tenant with the order for leaving the property. I don't have more details, but my advice to you, if you are ready to start the process, is to visit the Court and get first-hand information of how you can do the process.
Did you already tried calling the tenant and telling her that you need her to move by an specific date? Have you considered having a real estate agent or a relative in the Island in charge of the property? I strongly suggest that, depending on the kind of rental agreement that you have with your tenant, you try first to let her know that you need to have your property available, so that the process can be done in the best possible terms for both parts.
It is my pleasure to be of help.
Buena suerte.
Saludos desde Puerto Rico,
Nancy
