Browsing for information relating to current class-action lawsuits being filed against Merrill Lynch(in California) when it comes to losses since of unacceptable ideas they developed or spent an individuals retirement-savings in and have currently sustained losses. The nature of investments is that they lose and gain money over time.  If you read the fine print on the documents you had to sign to open the account, it will say they are not liable for the market fluctuations. Take an active role in your investments.  No one is going to care about them as much as you do.

NO!
