iam on class B mistermeanor probation for drug posseion in new york. I failed my  drug test last week and my po says I now have to go to A long term drug rehab. for A year. but instead Iam moveing to califorina with my job.my questio is can n.y. extradite me from there? thank you so much for your time. bill

The answer is yes, but the question is will they?  A class B misdemeanor is a relatively low level crime and the officials may choose not to extradite.  However, what they will do is to enter you into the National Crime Information Center database and wait for you to have contact with the local police.  If they run you for warrants it will show and they will detain you.  It is at that point the NY officials will determine whether or not they want to get you.
