I had a lady fall in my shop and injure herself.
Searching at the video footage she just fell down of her own accord.
She was wearing sandle type shoes and basically slipped and fell. Absolutely nothing was in the floor exactly where she was walking. Is the retailer liable for her inability to walk? She claims to have seriously injured herself!
