False allegations, counter charges?

If person A made an accusation on person B and it was prov-en not to be true for some reason. Person B can have person A arrested for making such upon them and also person B can sue person A for lost wages and any other damages that was done cause of what person A had said or did.
NOTE: Nobody has the right to lie on another for any reason and false accusations is classified as such by the law. Whoever has the evidence of proof in showing the real truth in matters that occur is the one who has the right to protect themselves from such statements being made against them.

Ask the DA to file criminal charges against person A for filing false reports, perjury, etc.

Civil court has separate procedures. And an attorney or legal aid may be the best advice for that. Just filing for damages related to false prosecution would be easiest route.
