Father Want To Get Joint Custody Of 4 Yr-Old Son

Hello everybody. I had been attempting to get my ex for shared custody of our 4 yr-old boy. Presently I've him every other weekend and have appointments to the months I do not get him. I feel I deserve additional time with my daughter and my ex appears to think not. Iam a great father, any opportunity I reach have with him I consider weather its a time or 5. My boy likes to come with me and frequently requires after I choose appointments why he is not loudly in the future home with me. Heis growing older now and I believe he wants his father in his life more and I desire to be there more. I do not want full custody since He needs-both of his parents in his life just as much a possible. I discovered the combined custody and believed it's an excellent point for all of us today its simply may I get it. I've a stable home and a stable work. I am simply not sure of what my odds are of having joint custody. So any help could be fantastic. Thanks!!

1) i'm-not to sure how she'll respond about that. I'd state a 50/50 maybe okay with it maybe not. 2) We live about 45 minutes from each other.3)he's presently not in day-care but I actually do spend extra per month in my own child-support for him to be there and she will not put him in since she claims its to much away (its about 15 kilometers away). Although Iam at the office I've possibly my wife (she works part-time), my parents, my wife's parents, that may view him if needed.
