Hello ive been charged with my first misdemeanor and the charge is possession of paraphernalia. I live in Florida and im a few months into the age of 18. Does any1 know the charge ill be faced with. Plz help me.

As well as im still in senior school and going to graduate and a judge delivering me to arrest for per month into a year doesnt appear flexible, and a 100 to 1000 dollar high-quality appears more likely, or group service or probation but nobody can truly inform me that is more likely to happen.

yeah thats what i keep seeing but thats not what ppl are sying and thats not what i see myself doing for a pipe thats been used to smoke pot. I cant see a court sentencing me to do time for a glass pipe.
