Sunday morning (October 13, 2007) Our bathroom over flowed into my condo.
I really could not change the water down since the button behind the bathroom was rusty moments before I eventually got the button to move and switched off the water. Obviously, regions of my rug were soaked with filthy bathroom
water. I named preservation instantly, however the crisis maintenance guy
Lifestyles more than 45 minutes away and he did not arrive here till 3.5 hours following the
Event occurred (therefore the water within the toilet had released in to the rug
by now). He introduced a vaccuum and got about 2 gallons of water out-of
the rug. He attempted to inform us he first got it all also it was clear water. The
water was almost dark and two hours later I hired a rug cleaner and
Drew up about another 3 gallons of water (I would calculate it had been about 20
gallons total that built in to the rug.) It's today 4 nights later and also the
Rug continues to be moist and damp smelling. The one thing the landlord is
Providing to complete is provide us a lover. Do they've to displace the rug?
Is not this some kind of wellness rule breach? I would believe we will get ill
after weeks of residing in this germs/wet/filthy rug...
