Garage Liab Vs General Liab.

In the state of FL laws have changed for the DMV.  They are requiring my customer who owns a salvage yard that he also carry Garage Liability and get a MVD bond in addition to having his General Liab. Does he need to have 2 separate policies one General liab. and Garage liab.? Or can we combine them?

Nicole, To my knowledge, a Garage Keepers Legal Liability Policy(GKLL) should include basic, General Liability as well. However, I'd review the coverages with whatever carrier you get a quote from. That's the only way you can be sure. I hope this has helped. Good luck!
