Georgia rental laws for tenants?

I'm living in a rental property that has 2 of the bedrooms infested with mold that has grown on furniture and walls, kitchen floor cave in, ceiling is leaking when it rain, and no ac. Landlord still want rent. What shall I do when the landlord seen all of my furniture mess up.

It sounds like time to move. If you want to live there you have to pay rent as agreed.

You will not see the harmful molds, so you do not need to worry about "black mold", it does not grow in the open like that.
