Guardianship Of Property Vs Tough Power Of Lawyer.

I'm interested, I've energy of attorney of medical matters and am tough strength of attorney of my parents estate and monetary affairs.  Our parents were qualified once the paperwork was authorized and since my mom has handed and my dad is recognized as inexperienced in a medical house with Alzheimers.  Today my cousin has submitted for appropriate guardianship of the estate.  If she's granted legal parent of the property, does that trump the tough strength of lawyer? We live in their state of Wisconsin.
