H4 Pending More Than 150 Days

Hi,

My employer applied for my H1 and my wifes H4 extention in normal processing in Feb 2012. In may upon my request he converted my case into premium. I got my H1 approved for 3 years during June 1st week, however my wifes H4 is still pending. We talked to the USCIS and they gave a case number and told that they will update in 15 days. As of now there is no response. Please suggest what is the best possible way to expedite this.

Dear Kumar:

To my understanding an H4 application may not be expedited processed.  If there is an emergency(medical and/or death in family) you may make an info-pass appointment and speak with a DHS officer.
