Has Anybody Heard An Update On This Class Action ...

Has anybody heard an update on this class action suit: HP Pavilion DV9627CL Laptop? I bought mine in Dec. of 2008. Has never worked properly..freeze up. Office Depot had their tech's look at and have advised me to join the class action for motherboard issues.
