I heard about the class action suit against WalMart and Netflix.?

I also heard everyone got an Email about this. I did not get an email however I did get a form in the mail. I do not watch the news and any news I get is usually on the web. So, my question is did anyone get something in the mail?

i also got one in the mail. two actually since i had 2 account at the time. so far it all looks legit.
