Has anyone ever had a good experience with the police?

Just wondering... This all happened last year. I had just came back from Afghanistan, I was on leave visiting my family & friends (I'm a marine). I was in my service Charlie's uniform, & got pulled over less than a mile from home, & given a ticket for going 10 over the speed limit.

A few days later I was out with a group of my friends (all of us black/Latino living in a prodominatrly white area) & was pulled over literally for nothing. He pulled me over, asked for IDs, where we were coming from and where we were headed. Kept me there for like 20 mins before we were let go to drive off.

I don't know what these guys problems are but I think they should have a lot less power than they do. What's some retarded **** that's happened between you & the police?

I had a gun and a taser pointed at me by 3 male cops and they kept yelling at me to put my hands up bc I had a freaking cell phone in my hand but they came in my college suite without permission and I guess they got paranoid since they got caught by me. But unfortunately I was at the wrong place at the wrong time bc I just came out of the restroom and they did that. Oh yeah, and im a female! A short and petite one at that. Stupid idiots! But they got in trouble for it.

Actually yea. About a year or so ago, I was walking back from a house party at around 3 in the morning or so. I was clearly drunk outta my mind and stumbling all over the place, and I guess I happened to stumble right by a police car. The officer flashed his lights and pulled up beside me. He asked me how much I had to drink that night, I said I didn't remember. He then asked me where I lived and the next thing ya know, I was in the back seat of a cop car getting a ride home.

So you should get a break and not get pulled over for a traffic violation just because? Talk about retarded. I can't say I've had any bad experiences with them. I've been in two situations where I could have gotten a ticket, or worse, but I was smart enough and nice enough to get out of it.

My (now) 14 year old niece used to have a habit of running away. The local police were always helpful and friendly.

Of course there are some (usually rookies) who act all authoritarian because they think that's the way cops are supposed to act... but they're not all that bad.

It was an off duty officer. She accidently rear ended me. I called a tow truck for her and drove her to the mechanic. Cute lookin one too with a nice body. 0_0

No. There's mainly crooked cops where I live.
