I want to start my own website for my fashion line. If I use the name of my fashion line in the domain name but I have not trademarked it yet can it still be stolen? I will probably trademark the name within the next 4 weeks but I wanted to get the domain name today.

If its not trademarked then yes it could be stolen, and for your website; I would also advise purchasing small variations on the domain name such as "Company Name".org as opposed to your "Company Name".com. I had a friend who ran into this problem with his design firm, the company with the .org was stealing half of his business. Get that trademarked as soon as possible.
