Help wrongful termination and defamation of character. i know i have a case now what.?

short question. when unemployment asks your employer why you were fired my employer said ''i fired blank for stealing tips'' i need to get a copy of this statement from unemployment and bring it to a lawyer. (also labor day weekend so i figure yall had the day off to help out)


The three points to prove a defamantion case are

it is in the form of libel or slander.

that there was a cause and efffect. my employer said i was stealing tips so she fired me.

and proof that she made such a statement. when i later claimed unemployment she told the unemployment office i was fired for stealing tips. those were the exact words in the unemployment report ''i fired blank for stealing tips'' now unemployment told me that so i sent them what i had to prove i did not steal tips and unemployment accepted my claim and denied her false ****.


so now problem is when i told my parents(i was 18 at the time) that my work had broken the law and we need to sue they said ''**** you'' its right to work. and i know i have a case but they think im a junkie pothead(like a crackhead but only smoke pot)(i have since learned im a k2 master so my piss is legal) so they blew me off.

this all happned in march of 2011. so now a year later i moved out of my parents house last month got off my medication and im actually more sane than before.

so yea long Story short unemployment claims has the statement that my employer made saying i stole tips. she told unemployment this i'd say back in may of last year maybe earlier.

I NEED THIS STATEMENT otherwise it will be very very hard to prove she ever even fired me in the first place. please please please how do i get that statement. its when unemployment is deciding whether to accept you or not and has to find out why you were terminated from your job. thats when she proved, she ****** me not gently.

Move on and look for another job. You aren't going to win a lawsuit, you'll just waste your time and money.
