How Can A Property Owner Get Out Of An Easement When The Lawyers Who Prepared Easement Paperwork Did A Bait And Switch?

initial easement paperwork sent was written to my son and I as property owners(I was owner) and easement stated that the company would pay a set amount of money yearly to access easement. When lawyers were notified of the problem new documents were sent --- I signed documents and did not notice that word yearly was removed from the agreement. Numerous attempts were made to rectify talk to someone regarding the fact that a bait and switch took place and attorneys office has not responded also
