My elderly 82 old mother is having a problem with Direct TV. She has called many times to try to resolve the problem. Everytime she gets the run around. Trying to resolve this with the company is useless.
Can she go to small claims court or does it state in her contract with them state it has to go to abortation? If she has to go to abortation, how does that work? Does she have to contact a abortrator or does Direct TV do that?
She has cancelled service. They have told her that they will take the money out of her debit card. She cancelled her bank acct a couple months ago when this first started.
