My girlfriends mother is trying to kick her sister out of their house. My question is what legal procedures do they need to go through to kick her out of the house, cause she is refusing to leave. She does have a drivers license that says she lives there and she also has it listed as her mailing address. So can her mother just kick her out or does she have to go through a legal eviction process?

if she is over 18, im pretty sure the parents can kick the children out without any legal process or repercussions.

Word of advice - don't get involved. You're the outsider. Somewhere along the line, no matter how it turns out, they'll make up. They're family. You're not. Guess who gets the bad end of that stick. You become the bad guy.
