How can you sue for a car accident and win but I cant find a lawyer for medical malpractice?

A year ago I was goign to a dr. for respiratory problems. They did a chest xray and ctscan. On the report it says PECTUS EXCAVATUM. My doctor never told me. He was a complete idiot. He called my house at 10-11pm asking for my husband thinking he was the patient. Then said it was my son. HELLO...it was me! I had implants done to make my boobs more even. The plastic suregeon said this should correct your PE. That was the first I have heard about it. My implants bottomed out and had to have them done a second time. A year later here I am with lots of breathing issues. My new dr did a spirometry test and my lungs are 84 years old. I am 23. They did another ctscan and told me I had PE. They measured the severity by the haller index and its 3.3 which is severe. Now I have a app. for chapel hill university to look at surgery options. Why didnt my dr tell me this a year ago. When he had the radioology report right infront of him. I have no idea how to go about a lawsuit with this guy. I looked at his record and he had his lisc. taken away prior to seeing me. He just got off probation when I saw him. I have the phone records showing he called at night. I want to sue him. I want him to know he made a mistake. All I am asking for is the cost of the two surgeries (since my implants are going to have to come out), my husbands time off work (he is a Marine and they dont get alot of time off). How do I sue this idiot??? I tlaked to a lawyer in our town and he was no help. He started tlakign about his wife and thinking that the implants where the problem. The dr who did the implants did nothing wrong. Its the dr. who knew I had something and didnt inform me. HELP!!!

If a lawyer feels you have a legitimate case, they will love to cash in on it. If no lawyer will take it, there must be doubts about the true cause and effect.
