How do I find a report of traffic accidents involving personal injury, property damage, speeding?

Postby gillian59 » Wed Jul 18, 2012 6:03 am

I need a report or list of sorts. I need this to show how many traffic accidents have occurred in my neighbor hood over the last 10-20 years. Accidents including speeding vehicles, personal injury accidents, property damage and so on. I need this report to accompany a petition to have speed bumps installed in my neighborhood. Where can I find this kind of report?

Whatever law enforcement agency handles traffic accidents for your neighborhood could possibly give the information in a few days, but probably not for free. State Traffic agencies usually have that kind of information, not free and it could take 6 -8 weeks.

You want to make your neighborhood a police state. I doubt anyone would be on board.
