How do I find Justice from sexual harassment during?

How is it that my wife and I can find justice from a work place we tried to go to interview if we were sexually harassed, hate crime, and purposed us to become prostitutes.
Now let me explain...I am a tattoo artist and my wife is my assistant. She and I are strictly business in the work place. We don't kiss or touch or get a lovey dove at work - in fact you probably wouldn't know we were together otherwise. We also happen to be lesbians. I turned down this job, but i still get calls from them asking me to come back, and more. I told them I do not feel respected by them, and neither did my wife. what had happened:
*my wife was slapped on the butt
* we were asked to become prostitutes
*I was referred to as the B word and she as a very unkind gardening tool
*we were called fat, and I am chubby, but my wife is not even close....but she has low self image about weight, which ended in tears.
*They tried to beat up my friend, because of a past issue
* We were told we were no good cause we weren't putting out, though they said it in a much more unappreciative terminology
* The list goes on...Not only including that a gay boy - who I want to testify was grabbed by the back of the head and told that he would be thrown out for being a homo.
We watched several people talking poorly upon a black boy who was about to walk into the studio, saying they didn't like "N" you get my drift.
They asked us if one or both of us were screwing our roommate because he happens to be a guy....which is rude and untrue...he's just a very good friend of ours.
I was asked by the owner to show my breasts, so was my wife.
We were told a lot of other sexual come ons as well. not limited to what I have placed here.

My question is not only for our sake but for the sake of everyone I want to somehow find justice in all of this. I want to sue, and as disgusting as their shop is i want them to get shut down before they give someone an infection!
But I don't know the proper connections needed and the authorities to go through. and what type of lawyer i will need, and if I can get a lawyer who will do it for free and take pay when we win the case or something....any advice is very welcome
