How do I find out if a class action is underway?

Postby dennie18 » Thu Feb 23, 2012 9:49 pm

I used a certain nasal spray product which was supposed to protect against catching a cold. I subsequently suffered from a distorted sense of smell which is ongoing almost a year later, and I doubt it will ever return to normal. It's ruined my enjoyment of food and has even left me unable to smell gas or other dangerous substances. I've researched the product and have found out that it's a recognized consequence of using the product, but it's still being sold.
I want to do something about this. I want to stop them selling it and I want them to do something to put this problem right for me.
How do I find out if there are others who are pursuing this case also as I doubt I could take on a pharmaceutical giant by myself.

FIVE TIMES is talking rubbish. There are many class actions going on in the UK and it's legal. People get together and hire one legal firm.
I know the product. I used it twice and had 2 horrendous nose bleeds, so bined it. Your first step is to consult a Solicitor who can investigate if anyone else has started action against the company.
Good Luck, hope it works out for you.

The US class action is illegal in the UK, sadly.
If you're a Yank, use the US only site, not the All English.
