These bums have injured hundreds of people and very clearly violated laws in my state including Model Rules of Professional Conduct
Advocate
Rule 3.4 Fairness To Opposing Party And Counsel
A lawyer shall not:

(a) unlawfully obstruct another party' s access to evidence or unlawfully alter, destroy or conceal a document or other material having potential evidentiary value. A lawyer shall not counsel or assist another person to do any such act.
And
Authority of foreign corporation to transact business required states:
(1) A foreign corporation may not transact business in this state until it obtains a certificate of authority from the Department of State.

Plaintiff did not file any articles of organization nor obtain a certificate of authority with the Secretary of State.

First, you need to find a lawyer who is willing to take your case. If you are bringing an action against a law firm/collection agency, you probably don't have much money. That means you must find a lawyer who will take the case on a contingency, i.e., the lawyer doesn't get paid unless he/she gets money for you. There are a number of ways to search for a lawyer. Check the legal ads, look at websites on the internet, check with the local bar associations and disciplinary organizations to find out whether the lawyer has had a number of complaints filed against him/her.

After you find the lawyer, you should discuss your options. A class action is one possibility, but class actions can be expensive and complicated. Sometimes you are better off suing under a state consumer protection statute. Many state consumer protection statutes allow a plaintiff to sue as a "private attorney general" and obtain relief for the plaintiff and others as well, without filing a class action. These statutes have the benefit of getting similar relief to a class action without the necessity of certifying a class and giving extensive class notice.
