How do I take an amateur venue down in Shasta County, CA?

Some kids are making a ruckus on a neighbors property with consent by the owner. Is it legal to host such a venue? I'm talking local metal scene. It's annoying. Is there any way I can get them with a fire code or something? They're driving the neighborhood crazy! It ends before 10 PM so I can't get it for sound. But all the traffic and noise all the time is just plain annoying. I Need some help with the LAW.

They may be in violation of the fire code or the zoning code.

If they are routinely conducting concerts for a large number of people, it is quite probable that they are in violation of local zoning ordinances or entertainment permitting requirements. Probably the easiest way to get information would be to check with your local city council member (or with your local county supervisor if you are not in a city).
