Where is there a legal venue for graffiti in South Florida?

I recently moved to South Florida and decided to bring back an old habit for graffiti. I am not looking to vandalize any personal or public property so if there is an open place welcoming to graffiti art or if anyone is in need of spicing up a wall I will paint it up free of charge. Just need a place to paint without breaking the law. If you wish to see any of my work I can send sketches etc. Thanks.
