in my opinion i think they should stay illegal (unless for medical reasons) for the fact of what drugs cause. the death rate would be way up.

what about the view that if we legalized all drugs it would cut out entirely the black market availability of these drugs to children and the amount of crime it would reduce solely from the addicts who steal kill or rip each other off for their drugs? Or is that not a good enough reason?(just a ? to ask yourself :) ) well personally though I think if they have medicinal use they should be legal for those people but otherwise they need to stay illegal.

i agree with you on the cutting down on crime due to it people stealing to get it. but they are still going to steal if its made legal because you know uncle sam will have his hand in on profit. i just think that it would be even easier for kids of different ages to be a drug addicts if its just handed to them and it being legal.

How do you feel about the drug laws in the United States?

lets assume for this exercise if it was legal it was controlled like they control alcohol, which I understand isn't much. However wouldn't it be nice to be able to make the decision as a law abiding citizen whether or not to take a drug? I mean why base our laws only on what the people who are breaking it anyway actions are going to be.I mean the law shouldn't really be made only to hinder the people who use these drugs if they where able to otherwise be productive citizens. should it? sorry if this is choppy I'm tired and my daught just started to scream at me :p so I'll end here lol

nice to see someone who understands that most drug laws where hyped up when they came into play in the U.S. simply for the benefit of our government.
