How Long Do I Have To Wait If My Claim Is Under Invastigation

i received one payment already 6 weeks ago ,and then i received aletter from the Department of Labor and they telling me that my benefits may be withheld because my employer claim that i quit i filled out the questionnaire and faxed it back to them ,explainthem that it is not true ,and what happened there, my question ishow long do i have to wait for the investigation for case like thisand if there is anything that i can do about itthank you

It's according to the workload of the Labor department of your state. However, if you filed a counterclaim, you should be able to track it if you call their office.   gabrielhusseinnova 18 months ago
