The answer to most of those questions is: "it depends...".
"How much for a patent"
It varies from a few hundred pounds / dollars if you draft and file the patent yourself in one country AND it gets through examination first time, to tens of thousands for worldwide coverage plus patent agent fees plus translation fees.
I filed a patent in the UK, Japan and the USA. I reckon it will have cost me about £12,000 in patent fees and patent agent fees by the time it's done. Of course you still have to pay fees to keep the patent alive once it's filed, but they are not too high.
"how long does it take to go into market"
It depends on the product. If it's easy to make, almost immediately. If you have technical / production issues to solve or you need to find someone to make / sell it, could be many years.
"Where can i find the right investor to patent your ideas"
No investor is going to patent your idea. If you are lucky enough to have an invention that someone badly wants to sell they may help you out with patenting fees, but be sure to get them to sign a non-disclosure agreement if you approach someone with your invention and you don't already have a patent filed.
Remember - disclosure (telling people) kills a patent. At least if you have an NDA you can sue them if they disclose it or try to exploit it.
"How long with it take for you patent product to go into the market"
Depends on the product and the market.
One word of advice I would offer: if you file in the US, expect the US Patent Office to screw you over. They routinely reject perfectly good patents, which means you have to file again, which means you pay again. The USPTO and US patent attorneys have set up a nice little income stream there, imho.
