How much longer is the process to get them out once I file the WRIT OF RECOVERY (in 10 days)?

My tenants are 3 months behind on their rent , I took them to eviction court. But with a month to month verbal agreement (they were just renting my basement) the judge gave them 30 days to get out and if not out by then (nov 17 is day 30) I can go to the court house and get an immediate writ of recovery , take it to the sheriff and have them physically removed. Only question..is it all done the same day or what? I need them OUT of my house. I live in MN.

I would suggest contacting the Sheriff and asking how log it takes for them to execute a writ of recovery. It probably will not be the same day.
