Back in 2009 I went to the dentist for a check up, I didn't had no cavities but the dentist said he had to take my wisdom tooth off. He did but he fracture my nerves. And since then I can't feel my tongue. I can;t feel the hot or cold and tastes. My life has been miserable since then. It's almost settlement time with the trial but they asked me to let them know how much do I want. I don't know what to say I don't even know how much I could get. Does some one know the legal Minimum and maximum?

I'm mostly likely going to be downrated for this answer for not having expert knowledge, but I'm just here to tell you don't settle for too low; as a defense tell them on several occasions you burned yourself without realizing as well as gotten food poisoning because you weren't able to tell whether something was bad or not. I feel really bad for you; no matter how much sum of money you recieve they won't be worth the ability to taste :(.
