What kind of lawyer or what kind of lawsuit would it be considered for orthodontic malpractice? My orthodontist has repeatedly made appointments for me to come in to has my palate bone expanded even though my palate bone has hardened because I'm well over the age that their expanders work on a soft bone. He has jacked up my mouth and now my teeth are crooked, my jaw is always sore and it pops whenever I open it. He has brought me in on multiple occasions where he wouldn't even examine me; he would just look at my teeth and say it was working great. 8 months later he apologized because it wasn't working and NEVER DID! they refuse to give me my money back and tell me that they'll continue treatment but they've shown that they're obviously incompetent so now I' trying to take legal action. How would I start this process and with what kind of lawyer? PLEASE HELP!
