It depends on the person who's losing the ability. Say for instance just a normal person who works a desk job, it wouldn't be as much as an Olympic athlete, or a promising high school running back. If the person made their living, or could have made their living off of their ability to run then the sued is in for some bad luck. If they're just a normal person and they will still be able to walk, then it won't be as bad.
