How much money should I expect to recieve for pain and suffering for a car accident?

I got into a car accident and immediately got a famous and highly prestigious lawyer to represent my case. I suffered severe neck and back injuries as well as a fractured toe. My lawyer cant give me an ammount for liabilitry purposes but im dying to know how much I can expect to recieve for my pain and suffering. also, my car was totaled, he hit us doing about 55 MPH. any ideas, any personal experiences with wrecks and lawyers and settlements would great-include how much your settlement was as well.

A famous, and highly prestigious lawyer huh? They should pay your medical bills, but all I hear from you is:"gimme gimme!" you sound like your just after money. I hate when people are just out to make money. I was severely injured in an accident, and I just asked for medical bills.

The famous, highly prestigious lawyer that you immediately hired is the only one who can tell you. You're going to be paying him plenty, let him do it

Just need to clear all the things related with your case with your lawyer, and nothing is matter that your lawyer is famous and highly prestigious. Nevertheless you can not satisfy with this, then stop to paying fee to him and cancel all the agreements with him and search a new best and well experienced lawyer who not only famous and highly prestigious, but honest with you.
