I understand that bankruptcy records are public records.
How can I access bankruptcy information over the internet (for free) of cases heard in the State of Washington? I just want to know if the person filed chapter 7 or 13.

http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/Its not free.
8 cents/page I think.
But that's probably less than the per page photocopying charge if you went to the BK court to photocopy the documents in person.
