Bankruptcy Question..Regarding filing of Chapter 7, 11 or 13 under new Bankruptcy laws?

Under the new Bankruptcy laws recently passed...How long exactly after filing chapter 7 does one have to wait before he or she can fill either Chapter 7 , 11, or 13..?

8 years to file Chapter 7 again... looks like Chapter 13 could be filed after 4 years from the Chapter 7 discharge date.
