How to disable DHCP what is its use ? is it help in resisting IP.?

i have disabled DHCP using this method
1.To open the NAP Client Configuration console, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, click Run, type NAPCLCFG.MSC, and then click OK.

Click Enforcement Clients.

Right-click DHCP Enforcement Client, and then click Enable or Disable.

and also by using this method

netsh nap client set enforcement ID = 79617 ADMIN = "DISABLE"

but when i open LAN properties it still sows DHCP enabled ... SORT IT OUT please


I WANT TO KNOW IT FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
