How to get more holiday rental properties?

Hello. I have just started a new holiday rental and property management business in Spain with my daughter. We are now looking to attract new properties for our books for the 2012 season. We have tried leafleting developments, leaving leaflets in bars and newspaper adverts.

Does anyone know of any other ways we can get the attention of property owners who will be looking to let their property out?

The Internet is your friend.
- Do you have an attractive and visible website ?
- Is it Multi-Language ?
- Does it have a Blog ?
- Are you active on the social networks ?
- What are your unique selling points / what makes you different from the Competition ?
- Can you offer Tax return services for Non-resident property owners ?
- How is your website optimized (and for which languages & countries ?)
- Where and how do you advertise ?

Forget leafleting and press / paper advertising. The return vs investment makes is worthless.

There are various new things or way that help you to get a rental property..You can also buy a property with the help of internet,searched a new site that given you a beneficial information about the rental property..!
