How to prepare quality Ricin?

Lethal dose is 2 to 3 mg orally. (1000 mg = 1 gram)
1.Take caster beans and extract oil from them
2.Take the cake (mash)
3.Slurry with water (wash with water ph of 3.8 ? 0.8 using 5% H2So4 (sulfuric acid.)
4.Filter the liquid
5.Take filtrate only and discard the cake.
6.Take the filtrate liquid and precipitate (sediment i.e let it settle) with Na2 SO4: PH of 7 using 12% Na2CO3
7.Filter it again
8.This time take the cake and discard the filtrate (i.e. discard liquid obtained from filtration)
9.Wash the cake with 16.7% Na2 SO4 (sodium sulfate)
10. Slurry with CCl4
11. Settle it and skim off ricin
12.The bottom Na2 SO4 can be used again.

To bring purity in Ricin, you can repeat the steps from 3 to 9 and step 10 can be done after repeating the process.

Note: filtrate is the thing what comes through filter and cake remains above the filter.

It is a dangerous process and you need to wear protective covers always. Wear masks, gloves, and keep them in isolated places. Even breathing the ricin causes death.
