my story is unique. i am a woman of 40 from tamilnadu in india. my sister is 15 years older to me. when i was at the age of 6 my sister got married. my sister look after me as her child. we are just two children to my parent. when i was studying 10th std i.e at age of 15 my parents died in an accident. we lived in a village. my sister living in chennai came as soon as heard the news. after 1 week, my sister asked me to come with her, since i am alone at home. i also agreed and went with her. then i came to chennai and finished my graduation. my brother in law is a good man. when i was 22, my sister told you have to be married soon. our relatives are in and around my village only. so my sister and her husband went there to search of bridegroom for me. i look after their 2 child. after 2 days they returned. my sister was crying to me, that there is a rumour spread in my village that i have iillegal connections (sex) with my sister's husband. i also started to cry to hear the news. then my sister searched for bridegroom. some may come and see me and accepted to marry but they will be soon know about the rumour and will cancel the marriage. my age is become 27. i also started starving for sex, since i have started to see the dating of my sister with her husband through doorhole and window. one day my sister went to a function. at night my brother in law came. he noticed that nobody there. he told me that he a=had seen me while i am watching their sex. he asked are you sterving for sex . i said nothing . he also added i will not get a bridegroom due to that rumour so sex is dream for me. then suddenly he came near me and hugged me and started kissing me. this is the first time i feeling man heat. so i kept allowing him . we went to bed and had a nice sex. after that we had sex regularly whenever my sister is out . one day we are got redhanded by my sister. she started beating me and told that the rum our true only. i said we had first sex just 2 months before only. i added this happened only because of that rumour since no one come forward to marry me i become starving of sex. my brother in law told that since no one come forward to marry her, i can marry her and fullfil her needs. my sister had a sleepless night. in the morning she accepted to marry to her husband itself. there is no problem with us. we enjoyed happyly our till now.we got married. i have gave birth to female child of 8 and 6 years old. my sister have 3 children, 1 male and 2 female. at present my husband age is 60. one day our husband friend of same is died due to heart attack. that night a problem arises in my mind. all our properties and money are in the name of our husband so if dies without sharing to my children whether there will problem arise. whether my children have equal rights with that of children of my sister?

your sister's childrens have rights as they are older than your children.

you should all go to a lawyer and sort it all out now.

hopefully your sister's kids will get everything, especially after everything she has done for you and you treated her like that.
