I am parthiban, my grandfather died. He has 2 daughter & a son ie my father. His property is not transferred?

2. Is there any rights for my aunts over that property?
3. How to clear this problem as the documents of that property are with my aunts
4. Is there any way to get that whole property for me
*note: as per our village panchayat whole property of a person will go for his son via grandson after his death, if he not transferred it.

As per hindu law the property belongs to your grand mother, If she died before,then your father and daughters are sole ower of this property.They can distribute their property as per their choice. The daughters,as per Hindu Law, are also the co-sharer of this property.If they don't want to accept the share of this property, then your father will be full owner.
