it is coffee estate and worth of many crores. Many people have suggested me to file a case in this regard. Because grandson has strong rights on grandfather's property. Please suggest me in positive way. I dont wants to give up. i expect law experts should answer my question, there must be a way for me, such as,(if buyer has)problems in documents,my father was minor and registration need to be check e.t.c. because it relates to year 1969,they were lived in a village and they sold it in very hurry and also it was for very cheap amount-conspired by one of my relative. later my grandfather and whole family members migrated to city for permanently settled and they never visited back to village)

What is a crore? Regardless, you no longer have any claim on that property. Your grandfather sold it.

no. your grandfather sold the property when he had the right to it. so now it belongs to someone else and no one can do anything about it.
and your father being a minor at that time cannot be an excuse because the property was sold by your grandfather, not father.
