Can my minor child acquire the Ancestral property of her father?

Why i have to ask is , currently we are in a dispute for divorce, i am willing to divorce my husband, but i have to make my minor child's life safe , as she should get what she deserves.
The property is in my hus name, but his father(husabnd father) is still alive, husband's father got the property from his father....so is my minor child eligible for the property?
I am sure my husdnd's family will not be happy to share the property to the child, so i nedd legal help!
Is my minor child has legal rights for the ancestral property even if its NOT IN my husband's name , I MEAN MAY BE STILL IN MY HUSBAND'S FATHER'S NAME as he is still alive!!

Please help me....as i am facing a divorce in front of me.....
I need a legal help...........................

the property would probably be passed down to the husband, since it is the husband's father's. are you really thinking about your kid, or are you just looking to getting the house for yourself? no matter what, alimony will be paid by ur ex-husband, or you can take him to court for not paying child support. and when this happens, please be fair and give the money to your kid, dont keep it for yourself. there are a lot of selfish mothers out there who only care about Money....

if your ex-husband has the house in his name and he dies, it will go to who ever is stated in his will, or his kids at the time. it all just depends on if he plans on having kids with someone else. then his own kids at the time will get the house. when you get divorced, your kid pretty much just gets child support checks.

if the property is in the name of your husband's father, and he decides to give it to someone else. you can do nothing.
but if your husband's father decides to give it to his grandchildren then your husband can't interfere.
or if your husband's father dies without nominating someone as his heir, the property will be divided in four parts and your husband, you, your major child, and your minor child each will get one part.
