I feel like my customer betrayed me?

This customer was one of the most politest/nicest person I've met in my 11 years bakery business. She visited our store once a week. I haven't seen her for a while and all of sudden I've got a call from her lawyer. She is suing me for FOOD POISONING. No one else ever had problem eating our food. Okay I don't even mind about the money. I feel back stabbed/betrayed. It hurts a lot.
